Ever wasted time repeatedly trying to call someone and the line is busy? With Call Back you can have your call automatically completed as soon as the phone number you are calling is free.

How do I use it?

To arrange a call for Call Back

Your phone will ring to let you know if the phone number you tried to call becomes available, and will automatically redial the number for you.

To cancel Call Back

Anything else I need to know?

The busy destination will be monitored for 45 minutes and if it is still busy after this time, the request will be cancelled. Call Back will not work for all calls, e.g. calls to some business numbers, Operator Assisted Services, international destinations and to phones on some other carriers’ networks. A maximum of five Call Back calls can be arranged at any one time. Needs a tone phone, preferably with distinctive ring capability.
