Netspace Enhance Network – Voicemail

When you can't take a call, Voicemail is the easy way to answer. Use it when you are away from your phone, on another call, when you have dialled up the internet or simply can't answer. Callers can hear your personal greeting and leave a message, which you can retrieve and answer when it suits you.

It's easy to use

Follow the steps in the pictures below and enjoy the benefits of Voicemail. The diagram explains how to:

  • Identify if you have a message
  • Access to Netspace Voicemail
  • Access to your Voicemail account using another phone
  • Set up your Voicemail

The first time you call your Voicemail, an introductory tutorial will take you through recording your personal greeting step-by-step. Voice prompts will guide you along the way. Note that the first time you are asked to enter your PIN, dial the last 6 digits of your phone number (this is your temporary PIN) then press #.

If you use dial-up to access the internet from the same phone line as your Voicemail, we recommend that you clear any new messages before logging in, as your modem may have difficulty dialling the internet if a special dial tone is present.
