Content Filtering Requests
Netspace provide content filtering to our education clients through the award-winning ContentKeeper. On occasion you will find sites that you are unable to access because the site may have been incorrectly categorised, or alternatively have access to sites that are inappropriate. To submit a site for access or blocking through the filtered service please fax a request on school letterhead to 1300 303 094 with the following information:
- The site URL, eg www.example.com
- Whether you require the site blocked or allowed
- Your contact details
- The signature of the school principal or other person with authority to make the request on behalf of the school.
Sites may also be submitted for review via the 'Global Allow/Block URL' link on the ACS administration interface
If the site is being blocked due to Edulist restrictions then please submit the site to the DE&T Education Channel
